Vi går blidt ind I de faldende blades årstid. Der er en særlig stilhed på denne tid af året. Som høstens travlhed er ovre, og nætterne bliver længere, forbereder vi os på vinter, på at vende blikket indad og kalde drømmene frem, alle de frø vi vil så til forårsjævndøgn.
Hovedtemaerne for denne måned er: lad sjælen lede og hold balancen. Oktober kan blive ret kaotisk i det kollektive felt, hvor uvished og frygt kan stige op til overfladen igen, og det er vigtigt at holde fokus i egen cirkel, og blive ved at vende tilbage til den indre og ydre balance.
Når du føler dig overvældet er ængstelig, så fokuser på det nære – se på træerne, himmelen, havet, find balance, skønhed og harmoni i naturen, og du vil opdage at alt er godt.
Lad dig ikke distahere at alt, som foregår omkring dig. Lyt dybt til din sjæl og dit hjertes sang og bliv på den vej, du er kaldet til at gå. Invitationen er til at aligne vores fysiske liv med vores sjæls kald, og til at vandre i al den kraft og skønhed, det er meningen, vi skal holde.
Måske føler du at du arbejder hårdt på at gøre alt, hvad ”man bør”, og at det stadig ikke virker, som du havde forestillet dig, tomrummet indeni er stadig ikke fyldt.
Bliv stille og lyt til dit hjertes hvisken – skaber du et liv, som er bygget på et solidt fundament af din sjæls længsel og mission, af glæde og kærlighed, eller er det bygget på kviksand, på andres forventninger, på ”bør”, på pligt?
Oktober beder dig træde frem, stille op. Vær opmærksom på tegn og nattedrømme, som peger dig mod din kraft og skubber dig ud af komfort zonen.
Alt hvad du ønsker, er dit – du skal bare række ud og gribe det, og du skal måske give slip på noget andet i processen.
Jo mere du kan aligne med din sjæl, jo mere magnetisk vil du blive. Søg i dit hjerte efter de rungende

Gently moving into the season of the falling leaves. There’s a certain quality of stillness this time of year. As the busyness of the harvest is over, and the nights grow longer, we’re preparing for winter, for going within and calling forth the dreams, the seeds we wish to sow come Spring Equinox.
The main themes that stand out are letting the soul lead, and keeping the balance.
This month might be quite chaotic in the collective – uncertainty and fear rising to the surface once again, and it will be crucial to keep focus on your own circle and keep coming back to the inner and outer balance.
When you feel overwhelmed or anxious, focus on what’s right next to you – look at the trees, the sky, the sea, look to nature for balance, beauty, and harmony, and you will find all is well.
Don’t let yourself get distracted by everything going on around you. Listen deeply to your soul and the song in the heart, and stay on the path you’re being called to walk. We’re being invited to align our physical lives with our soul’s calling, and to walk in all the power and beauty, we’re meant to embody.
You might feel like you’re working hard to do everything you’re “supposed” to and still it doesn’t work quite like you imagined, still that void inside is not being filled.
Take time to get still and listen to the whisper of the heart – are you creating a life that’s built on the solid foundation of your soul’s longing and mission, of joy and love, or is it built on shifting sands, on the expectations of others, of “should”, of duty?
October is asking you to step up, step forward. Pay attention to the signs and night dreams pointing you towards your power and pushing you out of the comfort zone.
Everything you want is yours – you just need to reach out and claim it, and you might just have to let go of something else in the process.
The more you align with your soul, the more magnetic you will become. Look for the full f*** YES’s in your heart, and everything will begin to fall into place.
